Most AI engagements fail in discovery.
How we map the problem before we touch a model, and what the first ninety days look like.
Before any model is touched, we map the problem. Most AI engagements that fail in high-stakes industries fail in discovery — the team agreed to a scope they did not understand, made assumptions that did not hold, or signed up to a deliverable that compliance was always going to reject.
Our discovery framework runs in five steps: problem mapping, architecture, the risk register, an engagement memo that both sides sign, and only then the build, which begins from a written scope.
Days 1–15 map the problem. Days 16–30 settle the architecture and the risks. Days 31–60 build in agile two-week cycles, with working software at every boundary. Days 61–90 put the first production cut live, hardened, with the runbook written.
